We are looking for a driven BD Associate to expand our Corporate Services and Wealth Management divisions. You will act as the first touchpoint for international entrepreneurs and families looking to establish a foothold in the UAE. Your role is to bridge the gap between European stability and Middle Eastern opportunity by promoting our end-to-end structuring and residency services.

• High-Value Networking: Represent Indigo Group at industry events, family office gatherings, and intermediary networks across Dubai and Europe.
• Holistic Sales: Sell a complete lifecycle product—from company formation and visas to accounting and wealth management.
• Growth Potential: A clear path to becoming a Senior Relationship Manager or Private Client Director.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in Business Development within Corporate Services, Real Estate, or Financial Services in the UAE.
• Knowledge: Understanding of UAE Free Zones, Mainland licensing, and basic residency requirements.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, lead generation, and CRM management.

Compensation

• AED 18,000 – 25,000 per month + Performance Bonus
