Ziyad Kazia is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience across global financial markets, currently serving as Director of Investments at Indigo Financial Analysis & Consultancy LLC, a UAE regulated wealth management and financial planning firm. He specializes in designing tailored, client focused investment strategies that align with individual risk profiles, asset preferences, and long term financial objectives.

He began his career in India in 2016, building a strong foundation in equity research and investment banking before transitioning to independent portfolio management, where he oversaw diversified multi asset portfolios for high net worth individual clients. Following his relocation to the UAE, Ziyad progressed through increasingly senior roles within Indigo Group, where he now leads investment strategy and investment management services. His approach combines disciplined investment analysis with behavioral finance principles to deliver structured, goal aligned solutions for private clients.

His expertise is underpinned by advanced academic and professional qualifications, including a Post Graduate Diploma (PgDip) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA/PGP) in Finance and Business Administration from SDA Bocconi, with specializations in International Finance, Venture Capital, Mergers and Acquisitions, Economic Analysis, and Behavioral Finance. He holds the CISI Level 7 Certification in Wealth Management, complemented by additional CISI qualifications covering risk management, portfolio construction, economics, and financial regulation.

Gareth’s career so far has been built on a foundation of operational roles that evolved into strategic oversight.

Gareth has worked in financial services & private wealth for approximately 15-years. His professional journey began in the UK with broad exposure at Lloyds Bank, covering both customer support & risk-oriented functions, before pivoting to the international private wealth sector. A significant period of approximately seven years in Switzerland was dedicated to operational leadership, where he played a key role in running the office in Geneva. This encompassed client relations, training, and day-to-day management.

The current role in the UAE as an Associate Director at Indigo Financial Analysis leverages this background, positioning Gareth as a critical link between the board's strategic vision and the execution by operational teams, including financial advisors and younger paraplanners/business development managers.
